The International Youth Department will use innovative methods to insure that our youth become valued resources to their families, churches, and communities, thus producing law-abiding outstanding youth to become agents of change in our church and society.

Our vision is to come together in unity while effectively ministering to loss souls within
God’s kingdom, as well as, overall edifying the body of Christ through excellence in the
music ministry. Our vision will be pursued by

A. Uplifting the name of Jesus while giving God the glory, honor, and praise.
B. Developing choirs that are anointed by God that will inspire the listener and edify the
body of Christ while being used as an effective vessel to deliver music, praise, and worship ministry.
C. Providing opportunities for spiritual, educational, and professional growth in the music ministry.
D. Promoting effective leadership, unity, fellowship, and peace within the music department aggregates.
E. Spreading gospel music ministry effectively beyond the walls of the church building.
F. Providing community service though the music ministry, as well as, by donatinggoods and volunteering
services.
G. Enhancing relationships within the music department while respecting differences.
H. Providing a strong music ministry model to enhance district and local choirs within the jurisdiction.
I. Serve as a key connection for the International Music Department, District Music Departments, and Local
Music Departments.
